Can't see lesson illustrations
Does anybody else have this problem? In the Embrochure lesson the instructor refers the viewer to look at the "illustration below the screen." This happens several times in the lesson and I don't see an illustration.
I used several browsers on both my PC and Mac. I then asked my hubby to test it from his computer. He logged into his Piano tonebase, to a lesson that show an illustration below the instructor's video and it worked ok. I then logged in on his computer and I still can't see an illustration.
I also noticed on his piano tonebase lesson that in addition to the instructor talk, there is a work book that includes the lesson. That might be handy to have for the clarinet lessons as well.

Hi Laurie,
There are a few little things missing in the first weeks after we launched clarinet - I have flagged this issue with my team so they'll sort it out. There is also a workbook for Kimberley's course - which also isn't showing in the lesson (which I've also flagged).
But you can find it at this link. I hope that helps - all her diagrams are printed there, but I'll make sure they appear in the score viewer very soon.
Thanks for letting me know, it's a big help!
All the best,
Heather (Head of Clarinet)
