Improving your Endurance with guest Kim Luevano
Kim Luevano is back on tonebase clarinet to help us with a key topic for clarinetists: improving our endurance! She's already helped so many of us with her incredible course on the clarinet embouchure, and now she's back for this exciting livestream, focused on helping you to work on endurance. If you're struggling to get through a long practice session or rehearsal, this livestream is for you!

Hi everyone! Looking forward to seeing some of you in a few hours for Kim's live stream - we love her here at tonebase clarinet, right?! Her courses are so wonderful, and I know she's going to have some really helpful exercises for working on your endurance. Please feel free to post your questions either here or on the chat - since I won't be speaking for most of the live stream I'll actually have time to keep an eye on both places!
I definitely have a question for her which I'll post here but you'll hear me ask her later: as I get older (I'm in my early 40s now) I've noticed that my recovery time after a big day (say the day after a concert) is sometimes quite long, I can really feel that my embouchure is a bit swollen and sore, and sometimes I need to plan days off after big projects. Is there something I could do to speed up the recovery?
